To request a return due to a manufacturing defect, you can send your evidence to WhatsApp 4778160750 or to email marstrozapateromexico@gmail.com to evaluate and determine if your request is appropriate.
If accepted, shipping will be free.
Exchanges can only be made if your item is unused and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging.
In the case of offers, no changes apply.
Exchange and return policy
For size changes:
Request the change to WhatsApp 4778160750 and confirm availability in the requested size.
Make the shipment through the Mexican Postal Service and provide the tracking number to proceed with the shipment of the replacement. The latter being free.
